A comfortable three bedroom home that sleeps up to eight persons. The spacious lounge, dining and functional kitchen area is air conditioned with TV. All linen, tea, coffee and some cooking requirements supplied. The kitchen has most utensils, several refrigerators and washing equipment in the laundry with a clothes line available off the back verandah. The solar hot water system uses rainwater and there are hand rails in the shower and toilet for less able visitors.
Arno Bay has a mild climate but there are oil column and fan heaters for bedrooms if required. There is direct access to the garage that has an electric roller door with a clearance of 2.0m.
Available for stays of 2 nights or more. Stay 7 days and pay only 5.
