Prudential Report – Cleve Playspace
This Prudential Report has been prepared to address Section 48 (2) of the Local Government Act 1999 - prudential issues in relation to the recently consulted on ‘Cleve Recreation Park – Play Space Upgrade’ project. The report has been prepared to ensure full transparency and accountability and to further demonstrate to the community that this project is strongly aligned with Council’s Strategic Direction as well as aligned with the state and federal governments strategic direction.
Unsurprisingly, the report does not reveal any issues with the project from either a financial or general risk perspective and confirms that good processes are in place to tender, manage and deliver the project within the required time frames.
