Registers are required to be kept Under the Local Government Act 1999.

Development Register

Pursuant to regulation 98 of the Development Regulations 2008, Council is required to keep a register of development applications available for public inspection.  The Development Register is updated after each Council Meeting. Only 3 years are avaliable online, for previous years please contact the Council office.

 

Elected Members Register Of Interests

Excerpts from Register of Interest.

Under Section 70(a1) of the Local Government Act 1999 (“the Act”), the Council must publish on their website the following details about a Council member, as recorded in the Register of Interests:

  • the member’s income sources (within the meaning of Schedule 3 of the Act) or employer;
  • the name of any political party, anybody or association formed for political purposes or any trade or professional organisation (within the meaning of Schedule 3 of the Act) of which the member is a member; and
  • any gifts received by the member that are required to be included in the information entered in the Register in relation to the member.

Gifts and Benefits Register

A register of gifts and benefits received by Council staff or Elected Members must be kept by Council. The monetary limit for recording on the register by gazette is $100. The register must be updated every three months.
