Make a Payment

In Person
At the Council Office by either cheque, eftpos or cash during the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.

Over the Phone
Payment can be made by credit card 24 hours a day by phoning 13 18 16 (rates only) or during business hours by phoning Council.

By BPAY (Rates Only)
Contact your participating bank, Credit Union or Building Society to make payments directly from your credit, cheque or savings account or via internet banking using your Biller code and reference number found on your rates notice.

Please remember to use individual assessment numbers.

Australia Post Online (Rates only)
Please visit Australia Post Billpay. Payment is by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The Billpay code and the ten digit payment reference number, which can be found on the front of your rates notice, will be required.

Please note: you can not pay for Development Applications / Accounts using Australia Post Billpay.

Any ratepayer who may, or is likely to, experience difficulty with meeting the standard payment arrangements is invited to contact Council to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
