Search Prices
Search prices are set by State Government, provided by Revenue Professionals SA ; effective from 1 July 2023:
Section 187 Rates Certificate $39.00
Section 7 Full Council Search $66.75
Urgent Section 7 Full Council Search $80.50
Terms
All Searches expire at the end of the financial year. For the new financial year rates you will need to order a Section 187 in the next financial year period.
Verbal Section 187 updates are provided free within 3 months of your original Search, if its within the same financial year. If your original Search was ordered in June there is a 1 month grace period to get new Rates for the next financial year.
Timeframes
Section 187 and 7 searches electronically delivered within 8 business days of receipt of application.
Urgent Section 7 searches electronically delivered within 24 hours of receipt of application.
